By using ShoufQatar or any of its services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please stop using the platform.

2. Account Registration

• You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
• The platform reserves the right to close accounts that violate these terms.

3. Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases are final unless the event's policy states otherwise. The user is responsible for verifying event details prior to purchase.

• Prices displayed are inclusive of all fees unless stated otherwise.
• Tickets are delivered electronically to the registered email address.
• Reselling tickets at a price above the original face value is prohibited.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund policies vary by event. Please review the specific event's policy before purchasing. If an event is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days.

5. Acceptable Use

• Using the platform for any illegal purpose is prohibited.
• Attempting to hack or disrupt the platform is prohibited.
• Publishing offensive or harmful content on the platform is prohibited.
• Using automated software to purchase tickets is prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the ShoufQatar platform, including texts, images, and logos, is the exclusive property of ShoufQatar and is protected under intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

ShoufQatar acts as an intermediary between users and event organisers. The platform bears no responsibility for the quality of events or any damages arising from them. Our role is limited to facilitating the booking process and ticket management.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. The courts of Doha have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the use of this platform.

9. Amendments

ShoufQatar reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of amendments constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
