How do I create an account on ShoufQatar?
Click "Sign Up" in the top-right corner of the page and fill in your name, email address, and a password. You will receive a verification email — click the link to activate your account.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password?". Enter your registered email address and you'll receive a link to create a new password within a few minutes.
How do I update my personal information?
Log in to your account, go to the Profile page, then click "Edit Profile". Update your details and click "Save Changes".
Booking & Ticket Purchase
How do I book tickets for an event?
Search for the event you want, open its page, and select the ticket type and quantity. Click "Book Now" and complete the payment process. You'll receive a confirmation email with your e-ticket.
Where can I find my purchased tickets?
After logging in, go to "My Profile" then select "My Tickets". All your current and past tickets will be displayed there.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
This depends on the organiser's policy for each event. If transfer is allowed, you will see a "Transfer Ticket" option in your ticket details page.
Payment & Refunds
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Mada cards. All transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection.
How do I request a refund?
If the event's policy permits refunds, go to "My Tickets", select the relevant ticket, and click "Request Refund". Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
What happens if an event is cancelled?
If an event is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method used within 7 business days. You'll be notified by email.
